Console release for VALORANT might be closer than actually expected. These strings were added to the files today:

You can customise your Valorant crosshair at any time in-game, even during a match. All you need to do is hit ESC and click Settings, then navigate to the Crosshair tab at the top of the screen.

You can actually use any color crosshair you like. Just select “custom color” from the menu and type/paste in the HEX code of the color you want.

Here you'll be presented with a visual indicator of your crosshair (in front of a background, so you can see how it shows up against various colors and textures), and below you'll find plenty of settings that will allow you to customise every facet of your crosshair. Valorant has received criticism for its "toxic", male-dominated voice communication system. Emily Rand of ESPN talked about her negative experience playing on teams using the voice communication function as a female. Rand "flat-out [refuses] to use it at all" when she is not playing with her friends.
